XP BAAC - Big changes(Beautiful atmosphere, clouds and lights)

V 2.9 - Whats New:
  • Version 2.9 of MACRO has a mode to enable and disable rain float and atmospheric float;
  • Raindrops are now 5 times larger during strong storms.
V 2.8 - Whats New:
  • New lines with changes in the rain, still in this version 2.8(Fixed data version only)
  • New MACRO v2.8 - English has been updated with new controls, including for those who want to set the rain state as they wish.
  • ATTENTION: this macro mode does not have fluctuation or interaction with raindrops, you set it up the way you want.
V 2.7 - Whats New:
  • Improvements in the rains in general (even more realistic) The drops become even more noticeable in storms.
  • Check if the aircraft you are using has rendering of raindrops on the windshield; if it does and you notice any rendering errors, contact the aircraft developer and report the issue.
V 2.6 - Whats New:
  • BAAC FOR XP12 V 2.6 Fixed Data - The fluctuation of photometric illuminations now occurs gradually and much more smoothly (in all present weather modes)
  • Removed the test window (08/25/2025)

  • Create a keyboard shortcut for the MACRO of version 3.2, just open the keyboard settings and insert a key for the macro that is in FLYWITHLUA.
V 3.1 - Whats New:
  • Audio problems resolved today (31/08/2025)
  • Corrected excessive lights at sunrise and sunset;
V 3.0 - Whats New:
  • Removed the MACROS FROM OTHER LANGUAGES, future update and implementation in the future versions in MACRO 3.0 for more languages.
  • Added the oceanic fluctuation (total interaction with winds, visibility distance in meters, temperature), all of this influences the shape of the ocean waves.
  • BAAC FOR XP12 V 3.0 Fixed Data and BAAC FOR XP12 v3.0 - MACRO English already have this oceanic fluctuation.

V 3.4 - Whats New:

Command for the sun added in MACRO 3.4, increase or decrease illumination or brightness.

In the cockpit shading function, you can now enable or disable it in the SHADOW CONTROL tab.

Installation and help:

Attention, have only the BAAC FOR XP12 fixed data.rar or BAAC FOR XP12 MACRO.RAR inside the SCRIPTS folder of FlyWithLua to avoid dataref conflicts.

  • For light files, install in the Resources/bitmaps/world/lites folder.
  • exemple : BAAC (Realistic Lights HighTech more Orange) v 2.3.rar

  • For files skycolors, install in the Resources/bitmaps/skycolors and replace the existing files, of course it is completely optional for you to change these files...BAAC (HighTech Skycolors) recommended.

Pour les fichiers "lights" , tu choisis la région qui t'intéresse (j'ai commencé par "Enchanced lights - Europa.rar") que tu mets dans custom scenery et les placer sous les aéroports si nécessaire (verifier dans le .init du custom scenery)
place the folder inside the CUSTOM SCENERY in the root folder of your X-PLANE 12. The name of the Enhanced Lights file likely comes from "EXTRAS," located below airports.
Rien n'empêche de mettre plusieurs régions

"BAAC FOR XP12 v3.4 - MACRO English.rar" mettre le contenu dans .../Xp12/ressources/Plugin/FlywithLua /scripts​

La méthode décrite par Fred est correcte. Après.., sauf avis contraire tu ne changes plus que l'évolution de BAAC , les fichiers LITES et Skyfolders ne sont pour l'instant pas remis à jour .
Concernant BAAC FOR XP12 v3.4 , un petit bug pour l'instant ; la fenètre de règlages s'ouvre au démarrage , on règle ses souhaits , on ferme la fenètre puis plus moyen de l'ouvrir ??(je pense qu'il y aura un correctif sous peu) Le concepteur a rajouté des modifications sur les nuages et lumières ...

Bref , je trouvais les règlages des versions précédentes plus simples et déja bien (wait and see) .
Le petit plug in apporte quand même quelques règlages interressant pour embellir.

Merci beaucoup à vous deux. J’essayerai d’installer ce plugin ce soir. Sinon vous en êtes vraiment satisfait? Il apporte beaucoup d’améliorations vis à vis de la version « brute « d’xplane 12 actuelle?

Oui superbe plugin qui améliore bien les effets surtout la nuit.
Seul reproche il doit être seul comme plugin .Lua ( autrement , en tout cas chez moi il est placé directement en quarantaine )

v 3.5 - Whats New:

  • Added controls for water, moon, general shadows like terrain.
  • Added control to change the brightness of the moon.
  • Place a shortcut key in the menu, now it's easier to open and close the macro with just one key.
  • The ocean's floating mode has been modified to have more foam when the water is warmer.
  • Removed today the fixed data version, it will now be just the MACRO as many prefer.
 
Salut FREDAIR, merci pour ce retour. J’avais lu ça également. Si tout le monde confirme que ce plugin doit être le seul dans le dossier « script » de Flywithlua alors je ne pourrai pas l’utiliser car j’ai d’autres plugin et j’ai surtout mon script pour gérer tous les boutons de mon overhead.

Salut , je ne vais pas confirmer ne sachant pas les scripts utilisés par @FREDAIR mais si tu n'as pas de script ou plugin qui modifie nuages , ciel , lumières , véhicules , pluie , aucune raison que ton script pour l'overhead ne fonctionne pas avec Baac !

Bonjour, j'ai bien précisé sur ma configuration avec mes plugins. Il est vraisemblable que si aucun plugin similaire ou utilisant un des scripts similaire n'est présent tout est OK. Je ne veux pas "tuer " ce BAAC qui est vraiment performant .

Avec cette version plus de problème de mise en quarantaine du plugin . La cohabitation de B2 volume control et BAAC était la cause !!! problème résolu .:)

J’ai installé BAAC suite à nos échanges. Effectivement, le ciel est beaucoup plus réaliste. Il y a pas mal de règlages, c’est très sympa. Merci encore pour l’aide que vous m’avez apportée pour l’install.
Cependant, j’ai l’impression que la sauvegarde et la restauration ne fonctionnent pas (c’est le cas chez moi) car les paramètres que je modifie ne sont pas restaurés au redémarrage, ni même après un load. Je vais approfondir la question, c’est peut-être simplement que les curseurs ne sont pas repositionnés correctement seulement.
Est-ce le cas pour vous?

V 3.8 - Whats New:
  • New light controls have been added for modifications.
  • The turbidity of the atmosphere caused a decrease in brightness; I will soon conduct tests so that it changes according to the air temperature, just like in real life... for now, visibility is affecting the turbidity.

V 3.9 - Whats New:

  • Added now a voice that indicates when your file is loaded or saved. VERY SIMPLE way to show that everything is fine.
  • The file Baac_settings.txt comes along but you don't need to put it in the script folder; if you save it, it will create a file normally.
