new Fail Passive Autoland option
This new option changes autoland capability. You need to engage the second autopilot with it, too.
With the fail-passive option, you are CAT IIIA capable and need a minimum RVR of 200m for the autoland. The autopilot has no rollout capability and must be disengaged manually after touchdown.
With the fail-operational option, you are CAT IIIB capable and need a minimum RVR of 75m for the autoland. The autopilot controls the rudder and nose wheel steering during rollout and can stay engaged during rollout.
There is an additional button for the MFD called "C/R" (clear/recall) which can blank or recall autoland capability advisory messages on the Upper Engine Display, i.e. "NO AUTOLAND" or "NO LAND 3".
LAND 3 means that currently, you have 2 autopilots and 3 inertial sources with normal sensor indications and a single fault cannot prevent the autopilot system from performing an autoland.
LAND 2 means that one failure has already occured and redundancy is reduced but a further fault cannot cause a significant deviation from the flight path (but no autoland if that fault occurs).
If you want to configure your Zibomod according to a real aircraft, just look for the "C/R" button in the cockpit. If it has it, is has the fail-operational option.
