• un avion terrestre DHC-6-300 (long nez) avec des roues standard
• un avion à flotteurs DHC-6-300 (court nez) sur des flotteurs droits (NOUVEAU, ce dernier n'a pas de gouvernail d'eau ; la direction se fait donc en appliquant la puissance différentielle ou l'accélérateur comme dans l'avion réel).

Freeware pour changer un peu des avions tout en ayant les instruments pour naviguer sur la mer ou un lac :

Hydroptere v2.0.0 - XP12

Cet Hydroptere de JPB63, provenant de XP9, a été converti pour être uniquement propulsé par le vent dans Xplane 12.
Je l'ai converti principalement pour voir si un bateau pouvait être contrôlé uniquement par le vent, et voici la preuve que c'est possible.
Il est très amusant à contrôler et c'est aussi un beau modèle 3D.

Conseils pour la V2.0 :

• Configurer avec des vagues de 0.5, placer les vagues à 90 degrés de la direction de l'aile, et pas plus de 15kts de vent au niveau de la mer, sinon il peut se renverser.
• Il a maintenant un frein de vitesse, en utilisant le contrôle de la profondeur pour l'appliquer, et ramener la vitesse en dessous de 10kts pour la stabilité.
• Bien qu'il ait une vue 3D plutôt qu'un cockpit, ses commandes sont sur le panneau 2D. J'ouvre le GPS pour obtenir un affichage précis de la vitesse.

Habituez-vous à virer à gauche et à droite et amusez-vous bien.

Empty Weight Definitions

BEW is not changeable, it is fixed by design - Basic Empty Weight is the weight of the aircraft including unusable fuel, operating fluids as well as engine oil and hydraulic fluids.
OEW is changeable by changing the one or more of the following; This is the Operating Empty Weight and usually includes Flight and cabin crew as well as "consumables" for the flight , like duty free, portable water for drinking etc.
-- FA FWD, FA AFT
-- Galleys F, R

6 crew is on board - 2 x pilots and the cabin crew. @ 104kg each you get 624Kg for 6 people

You can obviously tweak the numbers as long as they balance and are workable, they should work

Start by looking in the install guide for the basic numbers and my config.

Once you understand the above you can begin tweaking the numbers to suit your needs
I use 79Kg per pax and 25Kg per bag = 104.xx Kg per passenger. This is the Simbrief default

With these values balance 998 out of a 1000 flights, perfectly.
The only time I miss it by a kilogram or two is when Simbrief rounds the wrong direction because they do not actually use exactly 104Kg per person. They have a decimal in there that they do not actually declare.

The Scenic-Flyer Plugin v1.5 - freeware How many times have you put X-Plane into 'Chase View' to get a better view and understanding of your situation only to find that with no instruments displayed you've now got bigger problems? Scenic Flyer solves this problem by automatically displaying a mini instrument panel whenever you go into Chase, Spot, Tower or Fullscreen view. There are currently two mini instrument panels available, the first is for GA use and is comprised of the familiar '6-Pack' of gauges plus Marker Beacon indicators, Gear indicators and a Stall Warning lamp. This GA panel is suitable for small aircraft up to 200kts in speed. The second panel is for faster aircraft and utilises a glass-cockpit style display. You can easily toggle between these. For X-Plane 11 and 12 Installation is simple. Just unzip the downloaded zip file to your X-Plane's resources\plugins folder. This will create a folder called Scenic-Flyer which contains the plug-in. Controlling the Scenic Flyer is also simple. Scenic-Flyer adds several new commands to X-Plane's normal keyboard and joystick setup pages. Each Scenic-Flyer command can be assigned to a key or button of your choice. The commands are:- /Scenic-Flyer/scenic_flyer_on_off Great on a joystick button, this turns the panel on/off. /Scenic-Flyer/scenic_panel_larger Makes the Scenic-Flyer panel larger. /Scenic-Flyer/scenic_panel_smaller Makes the Scenic-Flyer panel smaller. /Scenic-Flyer/scenic_select Toggles the panel between GA and Glass. /Scenic-Flyer/scenic_transparency Alters the transparency of the panel. /Scenic-Flyer/scenic_force_on Forces the Scenic-Flyer panel to ON. Scenic-Flyer keeps track of the time too, when X-Plane puts the instrument lights on, Scenic Flyer automatically dims too - very handy for night flying. The last thing you need to know is that you can drag the instrument panel around the screen using the mouse so that you can always get the optimal view you're after - and still see the instruments.
